Define the purchase duty
A recurring supply arrangement should preserve the feed conditions that justified the initial award. When ore or water balance changes materially, a fixed product description does not prove that the old operating window still covers the new campaign.

Record the approved feed range

Test the limiting condition
A consumption increase after an ore change does not by itself prove a poor new batch. Compare actual feed, calibrated delivery and a retained reference before assigning cause or committing to an emergency supplier replacement.
Preserve any untested condition in the acceptance record. A promising sample response is not an unrestricted capacity or treatment guarantee.
